Bob came to our rescue in Mazatlan. We had nursed our yacht's exhaust elbow from Escondido (with the help of some epoxy putty), via Topolobampo, down to Maz, and it was in a sad state. Bob was unphazed, he calmly ordered the spares and had them shipped from USA. His estimate of time was on the spot. He turned the job around very quickly, as we had to be in PV a couple of weeks later to claim our prized Marina berth. Now back in the UK, we are grateful to Bob for his skill in making Serendipity sea worthy again without a fuss. |
